Delivery information

Our delivery service is available 11am – 8pm, Monday – Friday, to a selection of Central London postcodes.

Select your preferred slot from those available in the drop down menu, and then choose the food, sides and drinks you would like us to deliver.

Payment is taken online in advance, and you can register with Wasabi to save your delivery address and contact details online for future orders. We will also save the details of your last order for easy repeat orders.

If ordering more than one party set, or over £50 in food, we advise you to order at least a day in advance to help us schedule preparation of your order and make sure all the ingredients are available.

We currently accept payment by: Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit & Visa Electron.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Delivery slots are hourly, so your delivery will be made within your preferred hour long window.
  • Delivery is free for all orders over £15; all orders under £15 will incur a £6 charge.
  • Last orders must be placed before 6pm, If you would like to order more than 3 party sets, they must be ordered 24 hours in advance.
  • Substitutions: Wasabi reserves the right to substitute products without prior notice for any reason.
  • Order confirmation: Your order will be confirmed by email, so please check receipt of your order confirmation. If your order confirmation is incorrect or if you have not received it by the allocated time slot please call 0800 007 5100 immediately as errors cannot be rectified later.
  • Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your order, please do so via telephone 0800 007 5100 within 10 minutes of placing your order to receive a full refund. For orders placed in advance of the delivery date we require 24 hours notice to make sure extra ingredients have not been ordered.
  • Deliveries: All orders will be delivered to the main reception area and a signature will be required for proof of delivery. Deliveries can be made from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please specify your preferred delivery time when placing the order on the website.
  • Payment Methods: Payment can be made by account (by Prior Arrangement), Mastercard, VISA, Delta, Maestro and AMEX.
  • Customer complaints: Complaints must be logged by calling 0800 007 5100 within 24 hours of receipt or collection of delivery, and where a signature acknowledging delivery or collection has been given.
  • Allergies: Although every care is taken when preparing your food, our products may contain traces of nuts, egg, mustard, sesame, gluten, fish and shellfish as we use these ingredients in all our kitchens.
