Omakase Box

Omakase, translating to 'I'll leave it up to you'. A journey of seven tasting elements, thoughtfully crafted to take you on a refined adventure through bold and delicate Asian flavours.

Jewelled Donburi

A donburi full of colour and flavour with diced tuna and salmon, topped with pickled daikon radish, edamame and cucumber served with wasabi yuzu mayo, citrusy ponzu dressing and a delicate salmon broth pearls.

Dragon Rolls

Elevated flavours, prawn crunch dragon roll, a crispy katsu prawn with wasabi yuzu mayo, teriyaki glaze topped with crispy onion, and tuna avocado dragon roll, a chumaki roll of shredded cucumber and avocado draped with pieces of tuna.
